kloudboard is a content creation and social media management platform that provides:
- AI-powered scriptwriting and content generation
- Social media analytics dashboard with connections to YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Team collaboration tools
- Google Calendar integration for scheduling
- Content planning and management features
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Pricing
kloudboard offers subscription plans as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
4.4 Team Members
Additional team members may be added to your account at the applicable per-seat pricing. Team member access is billed according to their assigned role tier.
5. Social Media Integrations
By connecting your social media accounts, you:
- Authorize us to access your account data through official platform APIs
- Agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
- Understand that we display analytics data as provided by each platform
- Can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard
We are not responsible for changes to third-party API availability or data accuracy.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses AI to generate content suggestions and scripts. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
- You are responsible for the final content you publish
- AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
- You retain ownership of content you create using our tools
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service

When you invite team members to your workspace, you are responsible for their actions within your account. Team members may access shared content based on their assigned permissions and role.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLOUDBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold kloudboard harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
