Can I stay on the Free plan forever?
Yes! The Free plan is not a trial. It offers full access to the entire platform and is designed for small teams to get real work done. You get 1 owner + 2 team members + 5 freelancers = up to 50 GB of storage, completely free.
How does storage work?
Your storage grows with your team. Each owner/admin adds 10 GB, each freelancer adds 4 GB. Need more? Add 1 TB for just $10/month anytime. No surprise overage charges — when you hit your limit, uploads simply pause until you free up space or add more storage.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?
If you exceed the limits of the Free plan (more than 2 Team Members or 5 Freelancers), you will be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan to continue using kloudboard.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Account settings. Changes will be prorated accordingly.
