Time Tracking: See Where Your Team's Hours Go

Time Tracking: See Where Your Team's Hours Go

Time tracking should not require a separate app. kloudboard has it built in — start a timer from any card, log hours manually, and see exactly where your team's time goes across every project.

Track time where the work happens

Open any card on your board and start the timer. It runs in the background while you work. When you are done, stop it and the hours are logged automatically. You can also add time entries manually for work done offline or in other tools.

Every time entry is tied to a specific card, project, and team member. No ambiguity about what the hours were spent on.

Reports that actually help

The time tracking dashboard shows hours broken down by project, team member, and date range. Use it to spot bottlenecks, estimate future projects more accurately, and make sure no one is overloaded.

  • Per-project totals — see which projects consume the most hours
  • Per-person breakdown — understand individual workloads
  • Exportable reports — send time data to your accounting or billing tool

Connect time to money

If you use hourly contracts, tracked time feeds directly into invoicing. Hours logged on a card automatically calculate the invoice amount based on the freelancer's rate. No manual math, no discrepancies.
