How to Set Up Automatic Payouts in kloudboard

kloudboard has a built-in payout system. Your team connects their payout method once, you set up rules, and everyone gets paid with one click.

Roughly a $1 flat fee plus a small percentage per payout. International transfers to 130+ countries. No monthly minimums.

Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and invite your freelancers. When they accept, they'll set up their own payment profile — bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or international wire.

You never need to ask for their payment details. It's handled on their end.

Create payout rules

Open Economy → Payouts and create a rule for each team member:

• Who — the team member
• How much — fixed amount, percentage, or per-deliverable rate
• When — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or manual

You can also trigger payouts automatically when a card moves to a specific column on your board — for example, paying your editor $200 every time a video hits "Published."

Review and send

Pending payouts appear in your Economy → Payouts dashboard. Select the ones you want to send, click Approve & Send, and everyone gets paid.

Each team member receives an email notification with a PDF invoice attached.

Track everything

The Economy → Overview tab shows total spend, pending payouts, and full payment history. Export anytime for accounting.
