How to Connect All Your Chat Apps to kloudboard for 2-Way Sync
Two-way sync brings all your conversations into one kloudboard inbox. Messages flow both directions — reply from kloudboard and it sends through the original app. The other person never knows.
Works with WhatsApp, Slack, and Discord. More integrations coming.
Open the connect flow
Go to Messages in the sidebar. Click the dropdown in the top left — you'll see a Connect section at the bottom listing available platforms. Click the one you want.
You can also connect from Workspace Settings → Apps.
Connect your app
WhatsApp — a QR code appears. Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device, and scan the code. Takes 10 seconds.
Discord — a QR code appears. Open Discord on your phone, tap your avatar, tap Scan QR Code, and scan it. After pairing, pick which servers to bridge (up to 3).
Slack — click Continue with Slack and authorize via OAuth. Your Slack channels sync automatically.
Pick what to bridge
After connecting, you choose which conversations to bring into kloudboard. For Discord, you pick servers. For WhatsApp, you pick chats. You can add or remove bridged conversations anytime.
Start messaging
Your bridged conversations appear in the Messages sidebar. Click any conversation and reply directly — your message sends through the original app. Media, links, and reactions all sync across.
Use the platform dropdown to filter by app, or select All for a unified view across every connected platform.
