What is kloudboard?
kloudboard is one workspace for YouTube creators, content agencies and creative teams. You plan every video or campaign as cards on kanban boards, collect frame-accurate feedback on each cut, talk it through in team chat, keep files in Drive, and hand repetitive work to kloudie, the AI agent built into the app.
Who is kloudboard for?
Teams that make content for a living: YouTube channels and their editors, creative and social media agencies, production studios, brand and marketing teams, video and film crews, and freelancers who want to look bigger than they are. If your work moves from idea to script to edit to client approval, it fits on a kloudboard board.
How much does kloudboard cost?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked. Pro is $29 per member per month, or $20 per member per month billed annually. Unlimited is a flat $399 per month billed annually for unlimited seats, 5 TB of storage and 35,000 AI credits a month. There is no free plan.
Do clients and freelancers need a paid seat?
No. Clients and freelancers join as guests, and guests are free and unlimited on every plan. They review, comment on and approve the work you share with them, and freelancers work the cards assigned to them. Only members, who run the workspace, take a paid seat.
How does video review work in kloudboard?
Upload a cut to a card and reviewers leave timestamped comments on the exact frame, draw on the frame to point at what needs fixing, and compare versions. Every note stays attached to the file version it was made on, so v3 feedback never gets lost under v1.
What can kloudie, the AI agent, do?
kloudie works across your boards, files, chat and analytics. It makes voiceovers, music, sound effects, images, YouTube thumbnails and short video clips, transcribes videos, and researches YouTube and the web for a script. It runs on AI credits: Pro includes 2,500 credits per seat every month, and you can buy more at any time.
Can Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents use kloudboard?
Yes. kloudboard runs a public MCP server at kloudboard.com/mcp, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP client can read and update your boards, cards, tasks and Drive and run every kloudie tool after you sign in. Developers get the same tools over a REST API with one API key, documented at kloudboard.com/developers with an OpenAPI spec.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings and keep access until the end of the billing period. The refund and cancellation policy at kloudboard.com/refund has the details.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The workspace pauses until you reactivate: every board, card, file, comment and payout record is kept exactly as you left it. Restarting your plan opens it again in one click, with nothing lost.
Can I move my boards from Trello, Asana or ClickUp?
Yes. kloudboard imports boards from Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday and Notion, and connects Google Calendar, Google Drive and your YouTube channel. Questions about a move or anything else: write to support@kloudboard.com.
